I enjoyed my stay in a nice room for the price. The location was convenient, with two rail stations within walking distance. The staff showed kindness and helped me with directions. I appreciated the good selection of pastries at breakfast. Being from Kenya, I loved the vibrant atmosphere that made me feel welcome.

The bed was comfy as, but the room was a bit tight for space, especially for our suitcases. Chur to the friendly staff, they made our stay heaps better!

Breakfast included delicious mini crepes and freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff members were warm and helpful, even celebrating my child's birthday with a small cake. I faced cleanliness issues. the bathroom walls had yellow spots and the tables in the room weren't clean, which made me uncomfortable. Despite the friendly service, the overall hygiene didn't meet the expectations set by other Ibis hotels.
